ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales processes: direct interactions with potential clients and creation of related documentation,
  • Consulting approach – as is process documentation, gap analysis, visualization and problem-solving ability on a new business problem
  • Credit risk processes – policies, scorecards, cut-offs, credit bureau usage at UW and portfolio, collection score and processes etc.

Ability to handle all of the following areas: [presales specialization]

  • Proactively Support Sales team in scouting new opportunities, understanding customer’s need, defining the potential proposal.
  • Cooperate in the preparation of technical proposals, answers to RFPs …
  • Discuss directly with client’s technical and middle management resources. Collect requirements, discuss technical approaches, present results.

Ability to handle all of the following areas: [Account Management specialization]

  • Take care of the relationship with relevant stakeholders on the customer’s side (including higher management, as applicable) over time
  • Communicate issues and opportunities for improvement to relevant internal teams, based on customer’s feedback
  • Help identify and define potential opportunities for future business

Ability to handle all of the following areas: [technical specialization]

  • Storytelling (making compelling power-point decks and visualizations)
  • Liaising with Delivery functions for the definition of project requirements.
  • Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Delivery areas when required
ABOUT YOU

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data science, Engineering, Economics (Master or MBA considered a plus)
  • Good relational, presentation (written and oral) skills
  • Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Availability to business trips.
  • Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
  • Good analytical skills and detail-orientation.
  • Excellent team working and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility and goal orientation.
  • Problem solving and independence.
