ABOUT THE ROLE
Key responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across CRIF Asia to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruitment agencies across different CRIF Asia offices.
- Ensure timely updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
4. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
5. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring activities in recruitment systems or trackers.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring processes across multiple countries and time zones.
- Support other HR or recruitment-related tasks as needed.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in regional or multi-country hiring.
- Experience recruiting for corporate, technology, sales, or analytics roles is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and regional environment.
- Fluent in English.
