ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Description
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients to drive sales of CRIF Japan’s compliance, risk, and ESG solutions
• Present, demonstrate, and clearly articulate the value proposition of CRIF’s compliance and ESG offerings to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while actively managing a robust sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the Sales Director to execute sales strategies and achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and periodic sales reports.
• Stay informed on regulatory, compliance, and ESG-related trends, including sustainability reporting requirements and market best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Pre-Sales, Operations, and Support) to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Represent CRIF at industry events, client meetings, and relevant compliance or ESG-focused forums as required.
ABOUT YOU
Requirements
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience selling KYC, AML, ESG, compliance, risk, fintech, or business information solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) are required
