ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Grow organic and new sales of business information products
  • Primary focus on growing sales of credit risk and KYC information reports to financial institutions and corporations.
  • Providing amazing customer service, and extending our information report and KYC solutions across the existing clients’ enterprise.
  • Achieve revenue, customer number, and sales activities targets
  • Provide information expert guidance to clients in product support, application of information as a business partner, and not just a vendor.
  • Support the Business Development Director in strategic planning and execution.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to contribute to product development.
  • Prepare and present the company and its services to a group audience or conference.
  • Maintains high integrity in sales and customer service.

Qualification & Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • At least 1 years of B2B sales experience
  • Required Skill(s): sales, marketing, account management, business development, partnerships, negotiation, planning
  • Some knowledge of banking, insurance, finance, KYC/Compliance segment will be useful
