ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Vietnam.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries.
- Promote CRIF’s portfolio of credit risk solutions, business information services, ESG compliance solutions, and decisioning platforms.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales relationship management.
3. Market Analysis and Business Development
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand CRIF’s market presence in Vietnam.
- Develop partnerships and strategic relationships within target industries.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Set clear objectives, track performance metrics, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
5. Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, analytics, and operations to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, data solutions, credit information, compliance, or technology-related industries.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of credit risk management, business information services, ESG compliance solutions, or decisioning platforms is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic, results-driven, and proactive mindset.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
