ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Global Delivery team, managing complex projects in the Finance, Banking, and Credit domain. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and coordination skills to ensure successful project delivery to international clients.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading a cross-functional project and functional analysis team, responsible for collecting, understanding, and translating client business requirements into actionable plans.
• Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle — from planning, estimation, and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.
• Collaborating closely with international business and sales teams during pre-sales and requirements definition phases to ensure technical and functional alignment with client needs.
• Defining and maintaining project plans, including timelines, resources, deliverables, costs, and risk management activities.
• Supporting project pricing and contractual aspects, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and project profitability targets.
• Providing post-delivery support to clients, ensuring product adoption and satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Driving continuous improvement within the delivery process and fostering collaboration across global CRIF teams.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications:
• 6–8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Bureau projects.
• Proven experience managing international projects and working with multicultural teams.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder communication abilities, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by project scope.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery environments is a plus.
