Duties and Responsibilities
• Prospect new large accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop and close new business
• Identify business opportunities and meet with key decision makers to obtain commitment in pursuit of the sale.
• Create, plan and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives
• Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned
• Market the company, ensuring that the organization receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image.
• Utilizes references and industry contacts to increase sale
ABOUT YOU
Role Specifiation
· Bachelor Degree is required
· At least 8 years of relevant experience and with good sales track record.
· Experience in IT Sales, Banking, Financial, Telco or Information Technology is preferred.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities and the
ability to work in a start-up organization
· Individual must be self-motivated, energetic, adaptive to changes and willing to accept
challenges in this challenging market.
· Able to communicate well and present ideas with clear thought process is an advantage
· In addition, other duties as assigned.
